Our extensive Due Diligence Process includes:

1-Verification of Seller's Credentials: We have verified the seller's company registration details, legal standing, and compliance with relevant industry regulations. This step ensures that the seller is a legitimate entity capable of fulfilling its contractual obligations.

2-Financial Analysis: We have thoroughly examined the seller's financial statements, creditworthiness, and banking history to assess their financial stability and capability to undertake the proposed oil trading transactions. Below is a guide to the standard process you can expect as a genuine Buyer and Seller;

1. All Mandate/Buyers/Sellers will be required to register on our website, provide proof of identity when requested and complete the online registration process. Failure to provide any documents requested to verify a potential buy attempt will lead to an unsuccessful registration. As standard, your information is totally protected, confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.

2. Once successfully registered, all buyers/intermediaries will be required to submit an official LOI , stating exact product requirement and delivery destination etc. WhizWorld does not offer pricing on any product before our registration is completed and we have received an LOI.

3. After LOI has been received by us, we will request a Supply Quote from our mandate/refinery representative which we will forward on to the buyer/intermediary, along with relevant procedures attached.

4. Once we have accepted the LOI as credible and genuine, it will be forwarded on to the refinery mandate, at which time an official SCO (soft corporate offer) will be requested from the refinery mandate and in turn, forwarded to the buyer/intermediary.

At this stage, the role and working process of WhizWorld is completed.
